What we publish and how we fix mistakes

What we publish

We list providers that fit this directory. Each listing covers what the provider does, its pricing and its limits, with links to the sources we used. We re-check every listing at least every 90 days and show the date on the page. How we rank explains how lists are ordered.

Corrections

We re-check the facts on every listing against the provider's own pages and correct them when they change. Owners update their listing from their dashboard.

Right of reply

If you run a listed provider and disagree with what we wrote, send us your response. We publish it on your listing, in your words.

Removal

We remove a listing when:

• the provider no longer exists (we retire it with a note);
• the facts are wrong and cannot be fixed;
• the law or a court requires it;
• it would expose a live security or safety risk.

We don't remove an accurate listing because someone asks. Every removal request gets a written answer.

Rankings and reviews are not for sale

A provider's place in our rankings, and any score we give it, come from its datasheet and our method (How we rank). Paying can't change a score, a rank or a verdict. A maker can pay to have their provider reviewed today instead of in its turn. That buys the timing, not the outcome.

Featured placements carry the label Featured. Display ads carry the label Advertisement. Articles by outside authors carry the author's name, role and company. If a link earns us a commission, the page says so.
